With the victory, St. Francis upgrades its record to 13-2 on the campaign. The Sharks travel to Marina (Marina, CA) to play the Mariners in a PCAL - Cypress challenge on Tuesday, January 23. The Mariners come into the challenge with a record of 3-9. Marina won 39-29 in their recent league challenge against King City (King City, CA)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Westmont Warriors (Campbell, CA) in a Blossom Valley - Almaden Valley challenge, on Tuesday, January 23. Gilroy will attempt to upgrade on its 7-10 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 6-12 record after their 45-40 league loss to Live Oak (Morgan Hill, CA).
