The Appling Christian Academy Eagles basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Wayne Christian Academy Eagle to 38 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Monday.
The Eagles now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Crossroads Christian Academy for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 23. Appling Christian Academy will battle a Crusaders team coming off a 42-4 league loss to Victory Christian Academy (Jacksonville, FL). The Crusaders record now stands at 0-11.
The Eagle (8-3) will now prepare for their contest against Heritage Christian Academy (Brunswick, GA). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 2-0 record.
