With the win, Newberry upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Panthers travel to Williston (Williston, FL) to clash with the Red Devils in a non-league bout on Friday, January 26. The Red Devils go into the bout with a record of 2-3.

Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Saint Francis Catholic Wolves (Gainesville, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 23. Bell will attempt to improve on its 5-9 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 37-27 non-league loss to Branford (Branford, FL).
