Cranston West Falcons (Cranston, RI) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Pilgrim Patriots (Warwick, RI), 64-52 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Cranston West upgrades its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Chariho (Wood River Junction, RI) to play the Chargers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 24. The Chargers come into the bout with a record of 0-1.

Next up, the Patriots play the Middletown Islanders (Middletown, RI) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 24. Pilgrim will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record.
