The Guardians (5-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Kingman (Kingman, AZ). The Bulldogs come into the 3A West challenge with a 4-13 record. In their last challenge, Kingman was tipped by Music Mountain (Peach Springs, AZ), 52-50, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Cougars battle the Camp Verde Cowboys (Camp Verde, AZ) in a 2A Central challenge, on Friday, January 24. Phoenix Christian will attempt to better on its 6-9 season record. The Cowboys come into the challenge with a 12-10 record after their 77-48 league win over Red Rock (Sedona, AZ).
