Washington High School Basketball - Lynden Christian bests Anacortes

The Lynden Christian Lyncs basketball team scored 71 points and limited the visiting Anacortes Seahawks to 55 in the Lyncs league triumph on Wednesday.
The Lyncs now possess a 14-1 record. They play next when they host Nooksack Valley for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest game on Friday, January 24. Lynden Christian will play a Pioneers team coming off a 59-47 league loss to Mt. Baker (Deming, WA). The Pioneers record now stands at 7-6.
With the loss, Anacortes falls to 11-3 on the campaign. The Seahawks travel to Squalicum (Bellingham, WA) to play the Storm in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest game on Friday, January 24. The Storm go into the game with a record of 6-9. Squalicum lost 60-49 in their recent league game against Sedro-Woolley (Sedro-Woolley, WA)
