New York High School Basketball - Oneida overwhelmed by Rome Free Academy

The Rome Free Academy Black Knights bounced the visiting Oneida Express basketball squad by a final score of 114-54 in Friday's league outing.

Next, the Black Knights clash with the New Britain Golden Hurricanes (New Britain, CT) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, January 18. Rome Free Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 9-0 season record. The Golden Hurricanes come into the outing with a 6-5 record after their 61-43 non-league win over Middletown (Middletown, CT).

The Express (2-8) will now prepare for their outing against Central Valley Academy (Ilion, NY). The Thunder come into the Section 3 Tri-Valley - Pioneer outing with a 10-3 record. In their last outing, Central Valley Academy routed Herkimer (Herkimer, NY), 74-52, in a non-league outing.
