The Southridge Spartans basketball team scored 50 points and limited the visiting North Miami Beach Chargers to 19 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Spartans now have a 10-9 record. They play next when they host North Miami for a non-league game on Thursday, January 23. Southridge will confront a Pioneers team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Centennial (Port St. Lucie, FL). The Pioneers record now stands at 13-6.

With the loss, North Miami Beach falls to 11-6 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Coral Gables (Coral Gables, FL) to confront the Cavaliers in a non-league game on Friday, January 24. The Cavaliers go into the game with a record of 5-9. Coral Gables won 26-19 in their recent league game against Coral Reef (Miami, FL)
