Fans at Wednesday's league battle between the Apollo Hawks (Glendale, AZ) and the visiting Valley Vista Monsoon (Surprise, AZ), saw Apollo's soccer squad triumph over Valley Vista by a score of 5-0.

The Hawks (8-3) will now prepare for their battle against Sunnyslope (Phoenix, AZ). The Vikings enter the non-league battle with a 7-5 record. In their last battle, Sunnyslope tipped Rincon/University (Tucson, AZ), 3-2, in a non-league battle.
