The Clemens Buffaloes soccer squad scored 5 points and held the host Hays Hawks to 0 in the Buffaloes non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Buffaloes now hold a 4-3 record. They play next when they host Steele for a 6A Region 4 District 29 bout on Tuesday, January 28. Clemens will play a Knights squad coming off a 4-0 non-league loss to Bowie (Austin, TX). The Knights record now stands at 6-1.
With the loss, Hays moves to 1-5 on the year. The Hawks host Cedar Park (Cedar Park, TX) to play the Timberwolves in a 5A Region 4 District 25 bout on Saturday, January 25. The Timberwolves go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Cedar Park 1-1 in their recent non-league bout against Wakeland (Frisco, TX)
