Iowa High School Basketball - Lawton-Bronson ripped by Akron-Westfield

The Akron-Westfield Westerners basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting Lawton-Bronson Eagles to 43 in the Westerners non-league triumph on Monday.
The Westerners now sport a 5-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hinton for a War Eagle contest on Tuesday, January 24. Akron-Westfield will battle a Blackhawks team coming off a 58-41 non-league win over Siouxland Christian (Sioux City, IA). The Blackhawks record now stands at 8-5.
The Eagles (4-10) will now prepare for their contest against West Sioux (Hawarden, IA). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 11-3 record.
