The Rocori Spartans basketball team (Cold Spring, MN), dropped 62-54 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Albany Huskies (Albany, MN)
The Huskies now possess a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Milaca for a AA Section 6 contest on Thursday, January 26. Albany will meet a Wolves team coming off a 92-44 non-league win over Kimball (Kimball, MN). The Wolves record now stands at 10-3.
The Spartans (6-7) will now prepare for their contest against Apollo (St. Cloud, MN). The Eagles enter the AAA Section 8 contest with a 1-10 record. In their last contest, Apollo was outscored by Providence Academy (Plymouth, MN), 80-74, in a non-league contest.
