The River Valley Mustangs basketball team (Three Oaks, MI), dropped 65-47 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Brandywine Bobcats (Niles, MI)
The Bobcats now possess a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Berrien Springs for a Berrien-Cass-St. Joseph - Red battle on Friday, January 27. Brandywine will confront a Shamrocks team coming off a 50-28 non-league win over Coloma (Coloma, MI). The Shamrocks record now stands at 4-6.
The Mustangs (5-5) will now prepare for their battle against Howardsville Christian (Marcellus, MI). The Eagles come into the Berrien-Cass-St. Joseph - White battle with a 5-5 record. In their last battle, Howardsville Christian beat Burr Oak (Burr Oak, MI), 51-42, in a non-league battle.
