The Gaither Cowboys (Tampa, FL) basketball crushed the host East Bay Indians (Gibsonton, FL), 78-48 in Monday's non-league test.
The Cowboys (4-17) will now prepare for their test against Sumner (Riverview, FL). The Stingrays go into the non-league test with a 17-5 record. In their last test, Sumner walloped Chamberlain (Tampa, FL), 67-37, in a non-league test.
The Indians now own a 0-14 record. They play next when they travel to Palmetto for a 6A District 10 test on Wednesday, January 25. East Bay will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 67-66 league loss to Manatee (Bradenton, FL). The Tigers record now stands at 9-9.
