The North Pontotoc Vikings basketball team (Ecru, MS), was nudged 65-62 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Falkner Eagles (Falkner, MS)

The Eagles now sport a 16-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tupelo Christian Prep for a non-league battle on Friday, January 27. Falkner will battle a Eagles team coming off a 88-42 league loss to Ingomar (New Albany, MS). The Eagles record now stands at 0-12.
