The Granby Comets (Norfolk, VA) basketball crushed the visiting Norfolk Christian Ambassadors (Norfolk, VA), 58-35 in Monday's non-league test.
The Comets (3-9) will now prepare for their test against Manor (Portsmouth, VA). The Mustangs go into the Eastern test with a 8-8 record. In their last test, Manor was trounced by Norview (Norfolk, VA), 55-46, in a league test.
The Ambassadors now own a 0-12 record. They play next when they host Hampton Roads Academy for a Tidewater Independent test on Tuesday, January 24. Norfolk Christian will encounter a Navigators squad coming off a 66-47 league loss to Steward (Richmond, VA). The Navigators record now stands at 8-2.
