Grand View Christian Thunder (Des Moines, IA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Glidden-Ralston Wildcats (Glidden, IA), 63-40 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Grand View Christian upgrades its record to 8-4 on the season. The Thunder host Woodward-Granger (Woodward, IA) to play the Hawks in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 26. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 5-9. Woodward-Granger won 27-22 in their recent league bout against Ogden (Ogden, IA)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Paton-Churdan Rockets (Churdan, IA) in a Rolling Hills bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Glidden-Ralston will attempt to upgrade on its 9-6 season record. The Rockets go into the bout with a 1-11 record after their 61-53 non-league win over West Harrison (Mondamin, IA).
