In Monday's non-league outing, the Pitman Panthers (Pitman, NJ) basketball squad beat the host Gloucester City Lions (Gloucester City, NJ), by a margin of 38-25.
The Panthers (3-7) will now prepare for their outing against Salem (Salem, NJ). The Rams go into the Tri-County - Classic outing with a 5-8 record. In their last outing, Salem was beaten by Our Lady of Mercy Academy (Newfield, NJ), 67-29, in a non-league outing.
The Lions now own a 2-9 record. They play next when they travel to Gateway Regional for a Colonial outing on Thursday, February 2.
