In Monday's non-league match, the visiting Gulf Buccaneers basketball team scored a good 52-35 triumph over the Nature Coast Tech Sharks.

In their next game, the Buccaneers meet the Anclote Sharks (Holiday, FL) in a non-league match, on Thursday, January 26. Gulf will attempt to better on its 13-4 season record.

With the defeat, Nature Coast Tech moves to 4-4 on the year. The Sharks host Lecanto (Lecanto, FL) to meet the Panthers in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 24. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 14-2. Lecanto won 72-33 in their recent league match against Citrus (Inverness, FL)
