The Howard Wildcats basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Appoquinimink Jaguars to 60 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wildcats now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host DuPont for a Blue Hen Flight - B contest on Friday, January 26.
The Jaguars (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Brandywine (Wilmington, DE). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 4-5 record. In their last contest, Brandywine was nudged by McKean (Wilmington, DE), 61-50, in a league contest.
