The Keota Lions basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Arkoma Mustangs to 42 in the Lions league triumph on Tuesday.
The Lions now sport a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cave Springs for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 25. Keota will meet a Hornets team coming off a 64-61 league loss to Oaks-Mission (Oaks, OK). The Hornets record now stands at 7-7.
The Mustangs (1-9) will now prepare for their contest against Spiro (Spiro, OK). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 9-6 record.
