The Babcock Trailblazers (Punta Gorda, FL) basketball knocked off the visiting Family Christian Academy Mustangs (Port Charlotte, FL), 47-34 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Trailblazers (9-9) will now prepare for their test against Donahue Catholic (Ave Maria, FL). The Shamrocks go into the non-league test with a 14-2 record. In their last test, Donahue Catholic notched a victory over Neumann (Naples, FL), 51-49, in a league test.
The Mustangs now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to LaBelle for a non-league test on Saturday, January 27. Family Christian Academy will encounter a Cowboys/Cowgirls squad coming off a 84-72 league win over Aubrey Rogers (Naples, FL). The Cowboys/Cowgirls record now stands at 7-13.
