The Central A & M Raiders (Moweaqua, IL) basketball knocked off the host Vandalia Vandals (Vandalia, IL), 61-53 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Raiders (8-13) will now prepare for their test against Ramsey (Ramsey, IL). The Rams go into the non-league test with a 3-19 record. In their last test, Ramsey went down by Martinsville (Martinsville, IL), 57-45, in a league test.
The Vandals now own a 9-13 record. They play next when they host Staunton for a South Central test on Friday, January 26. Vandalia will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 46-44 non-league win over Greenfield/Northwestern (Greenfield, IL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 13-9.
