Ohio High School Basketball - Crestwood edges East Canton

January 23, 2024: Mantua, OH 44255

In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Crestwood Red Devils (Mantua, OH) basketball squad nipped the visiting East Canton Hornets (East Canton, OH), by a margin of 79-77.

The Red Devils (12-2) will now prepare for their outing against Cardinal (Middlefield, OH). The Huskies go into the Chagrin Valley - Valley outing with a 4-11 record. In their last outing, Cardinal was tipped by Cuyahoga Heights (Cleveland, OH), 68-21, in a non-league outing.

The Hornets now own a 9-5 record. They play next when they travel to Strasburg-Franklin for a Inter-Valley outing on Friday, January 26. East Canton will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 42-28 non-league win over Central Christian (Kidron, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 4-9.
