The Northwest Jaguars (Germantown, MD) basketball crushed the visiting Damascus Hornets (Damascus, MD), 62-41 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Jaguars (7-5) will now prepare for their test against Walter Johnson (Bethesda, MD). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 6-7 record. In their last test, Walter Johnson walloped Einstein (Kensington, MD), 62-45, in a non-league test.
The Hornets now own a 4-8 record. They play next when they host Wootton for a non-league test on Friday, January 26. Damascus will encounter a Patriots squad coming off a 65-25 non-league win over Watkins Mill (Gaithersburg, MD). The Patriots record now stands at 11-4.
