Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the East Carter Raiders (Grayson, KY) and the visiting Menifee County Wildcats (Frenchburg, KY), saw East Carter's basketball squad wallop Menifee County by a tally of 72-48.

With the victory, East Carter improves its record to 8-9 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to West Carter (Olive Hill, KY) to confront the Comets in a District 62 challenge on Friday, January 26. The Comets come into the challenge with a record of 7-9. West Carter won 49-41 in their recent league challenge against Elliott County (Sandy Hook, KY)

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Iroquois Raiders (Louisville, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 27. Menifee County will attempt to improve on its 7-12 season record.
