Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Elizabeth Forward ripped by Peters Township

The Peters Township Indians basketball team scored 89 points and held the visiting Elizabeth Forward Warriors to 61 in the Indians non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Indians now sport a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Thomas Jefferson for a WPIAL 5A 1 contest on Friday, January 26. Peters Township will meet a Jaguars team coming off a 71-56 non-league loss to South Fayette (McDonald, PA). The Jaguars record now stands at 12-3.

The Warriors (7-6) will now prepare for their contest against Albert Gallatin (Uniontown, PA). The Colonials enter the WPIAL 4A 3 contest with a 6-6 record. In their last contest, Albert Gallatin was routed by Southmoreland (Alverton, PA), 83-63, in a league contest.
