North Adams Green Devils (Seaman, OH) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Fayetteville-Perry Rockets (Fayetteville, OH), 44-37 in a league bout.

With the victory, North Adams upgrades its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Green Devils travel to Fairfield (Leesburg, OH) to play the Lions in a Southern Hills bout on Friday, January 26. The Lions come into the bout with a record of 16-0. Fairfield won 53-30 in their recent non-league bout against McClain (Greenfield, OH)

Next up, the Rockets play the Whiteoak Wildcats (Mowrystown, OH) in a Southern Hills bout, on Friday, January 26. Fayetteville-Perry will attempt to upgrade on its 6-9 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 5-8 record after their 73-38 league win over West Union (West Union, OH).
