In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Pineville Rebels (Pineville, LA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Georgetown Bulldogs (Georgetown, LA), by a margin of 76-36.

The Rebels (15-3) will now prepare for their outing against Alexandria (Alexandria, LA). The Trojans go into the 5A District 2 outing with a 17-6 record. In their last outing, Alexandria smashed Avoyelles Charter (Mansura, LA), 53-49, in a non-league outing.

The Bulldogs now own a 19-9 record. They play next when they travel to Dodson for a C District 2 outing on Friday, January 26. Georgetown will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 61-39 non-league loss to Montgomery (Montgomery, LA). The Panthers record now stands at 3-21.
