Minnesota High School Basketball - Moose Lake/Willow River knocked off by Grand Rapids

The Grand Rapids Thunderhawks basketball team scored 73 points and held the visiting Moose Lake/Willow River Rebels to 65 in the Thunderhawks non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Thunderhawks now sport a 5-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Branch for a AAA Section 7 contest on Saturday, January 27. Grand Rapids will meet a Vikings team coming off a 55-53 non-league win over St. Francis (St. Francis, MN). The Vikings record now stands at 11-7.
The Rebels (14-4) will now prepare for their contest against Esko (Esko, MN). The Eskomos enter the AA Section 7 contest with a 11-3 record. In their last contest, Esko ran past Aitkin (Aitkin, MN), 86-27, in a non-league contest.
