Maryland High School Basketball - Lewis can't hold off Green Street Academy

The Green Street Academy Chargers basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Lewis Falcons to 51 in the Chargers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Chargers now sport a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Academy for College and Career Exploration for a Baltimore City contest on Thursday, January 25. Green Street Academy will battle a team coming off a 56-14 league win over Southwestern (Baltimore, MD). The record now stands at 6-4.
The Falcons (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against Connexions Leadership Academy (Baltimore, MD). The enter the Freelance contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Connexions Leadership Academy was nudged by Forest Park (Baltimore, MD), 80-29, in a league contest.
