The Lumen Christi Catholic Titans (Jackson, MI) basketball felled the visiting Hackett Catholic Prep Fighting Irish (Kalamazoo, MI), 52-41 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Titans (11-1) will now prepare for their test against Richard (Riverview, MI). The Pioneers go into the non-league test with a 12-1 record. In their last test, Richard thwarted Divine Child (Dearborn, MI), 91-61, in a non-league test.
The Fighting Irish now own a 7-6 record. They play next when they travel to Parchment for a Southwestern - Valley test on Friday, January 26. Hackett Catholic Prep will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 73-57 non-league win over Harper Creek (Battle Creek, MI). The Panthers record now stands at 9-3.
