With the victory, South Allegheny upgrades its record to 10-5 on the campaign. The Gladiators travel to Avonworth (Pittsburgh, PA) to play the Antelopes in a WPIAL 4A 4 challenge on Thursday, January 25. The Antelopes come into the challenge with a record of 9-4. Avonworth lost 66-56 in their recent non-league challenge against South Fayette (McDonald, PA)

Next up, the Red Raiders play the Albert Gallatin Colonials (Uniontown, PA) in a WPIAL 4A 3 challenge, on Friday, January 26. Uniontown will attempt to upgrade on its 14-1 season record. The Colonials come into the challenge with a 6-7 record after their 74-69 league loss to Elizabeth Forward (Elizabeth, PA).
