Chippewa Hills Warriors (Remus, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Clare Pioneers (Clare, MI), 41-37 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Chippewa Hills upgrades its record to 6-4 on the season. The Warriors host Cadillac (Cadillac, MI) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 25. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 1-2.

Next up, the Pioneers play the Shepherd Bluejays (Shepherd, MI) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, January 30. Clare will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record.
