Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Glenbrook North Spartans (Northbrook, IL) and the visiting Taft Eagles (Chicago, IL), saw Glenbrook North's basketball squad overcome Taft by a tally of 42-33.

With the victory, Glenbrook North improves its record to 4-5 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Deerfield (Deerfield, IL) to play the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 26. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 0-1.

Next up, the Eagles play the Saint Viator Lions (Arlington Heights, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 3. Taft will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record.
