The Berrien Springs Shamrocks basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Coloma Comets to 33 in the Shamrocks non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Shamrocks now sport a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Brandywine for a Lakeland contest on Friday, January 26. Berrien Springs will battle a Bobcats team coming off a 55-29 non-league win over Schoolcraft (Schoolcraft, MI). The Bobcats record now stands at 9-0.
The Comets (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against Bridgman (Bridgman, MI). The Bees enter the non-league contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Bridgman triumphed over New Buffalo (New Buffalo, MI), 53-7, in a league contest.
