Germantown Academy Patriots (Fort Washington, PA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Perkiomen School Panthers (Pennsburg, PA), 62-42 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Germantown Academy upgrades its record to 16-4 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Springside Chestnut Hill Academy (Philadelphia, PA) to play the Blue Devils in a Inter-Academic bout on Wednesday, January 24. The Blue Devils come into the bout with a record of 2-6. Springside Chestnut Hill Academy lost 77-64 in their recent league bout against Agnes Irwin (Rosemont, PA)

Next up, the Panthers play the Pennington Red Raiders (Pennington, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Perkiomen School will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record.
