Glen Rock Panthers (Glen Rock, NJ) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Mount St. Mary Academy Lions (Watchung, NJ), 61-56 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Glen Rock upgrades its record to 11-3 on the season. The Panthers host Fair Lawn (Fair Lawn, NJ) to play the Cutters in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 25. The Cutters go into the bout with a record of 8-5. Fair Lawn won 44-34 in their recent non-league bout against Lakeland Regional (Wanaque, NJ)

Next up, the Lions play the Phillipsburg Stateliners (Phillipsburg, NJ) in a Skyland - Raritan bout, on Thursday, January 25. Mount St. Mary Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The Stateliners go into the bout with a 6-6 record after their 62-48 league loss to Immaculata (Somerville, NJ).
