In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Lincolnwood Lancers (Raymond, IL) basketball squad nipped the host Granite City Warriors (Granite City, IL), by a margin of 33-30.
The Lancers (7-17) will now prepare for their outing against Seymour (Payson, IL). The Indians go into the non-league outing with a 3-20 record. In their last outing, Seymour was tipped by Beardstown (Beardstown, IL), 65-38, in a non-league outing.
The Warriors now own a 1-20 record. They play next when they travel to Triad for a non-league outing on Monday, January 29. Granite City will clash with a Knights squad coming off a 63-49 league loss to Civic Memorial (Bethalto, IL). The Knights record now stands at 12-13.
