Horizon Christian Hawks (Tualatin, OR) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Portland Adventist Academy Cougars (Portland, OR), 58-11 in a league bout.

With the win, Horizon Christian upgrades its record to 8-6 on the season. The Hawks host Valley Catholic (Beaverton, OR) to play the Valiants in a 3A Lewis & Clark bout on Thursday, January 25. The Valiants go into the bout with a record of 10-3. Valley Catholic won 64-6 in their recent league bout against Catlin Gabel (Portland, OR)

Next up, the Cougars play the Oregon Episcopal Aardvarks (Portland, OR) in a 3A Lewis & Clark bout, on Thursday, January 25. Portland Adventist Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-14 season record. The Aardvarks go into the bout with a 6-7 record after their 53-20 league loss to Westside Christian (Lake Oswego, OR).
