The Win-E-Mac Patriots (Erskine, MN) basketball knocked off the visiting Laporte Wildcats (Laporte, MN), 50-34 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Patriots (4-12) will now prepare for their test against Bagley (Bagley, MN). The Flyers go into the A Section 8 test with a 4-11 record. In their last test, Bagley went down by Mahnomen/Waubun (Mahnomen, MN), 39-27, in a league test.
The Wildcats now own a 3-21 record. They play next when they host Michigan City for a non-league test on Wednesday, January 24. Laporte will encounter a Wolves squad coming off a 61-34 league loss to Valparaiso (Valparaiso, IN). The Wolves record now stands at 3-15.
