Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Lake County Panthers (Leadville, CO) and the visiting Jefferson Saints (Edgewater, CO), saw Lake County's basketball squad hold off Jefferson by a tally of 34-30.

With the victory, Lake County improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Panthers host KIPP Denver Collegiate (Denver, CO) to play the White Tigers in a challenge on Friday, February 9. The White Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 2-2.

Next up, the Saints play the Arrupe Jesuit Generals (Denver, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 25. Jefferson will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record.
