Utah High School Basketball - Monument Valley tops Red Mesa

Monument Valley Cougars (Monument Valley, UT) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Red Mesa Redskins (Teec Nos Pos, AZ), 56-40 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Monument Valley upgrades its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Cougars host Whitehorse (Montezuma Creek, UT) to play the Raiders in a non-league bout on Friday, January 26. The Raiders come into the bout with a record of 1-0.
Next up, the Redskins play the Fredonia Lynx (Fredonia, AZ) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 26. Red Mesa will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record.
