Dysart Demons (El Mirage, AZ) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Apache Junction Prospectors (Apache Junction, AZ), 2-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Demons confront the Cortez Colts (Phoenix, AZ) in a 4A Black Canyon challenge, on Thursday, January 25. Dysart will attempt to better on its 2-6 season record. The Colts enter the challenge with a 0-9 record after their 3-1 league loss to Tempe (Tempe, AZ).

The Prospectors now have a 5-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cortez for a 4A Black Canyon challenge on Monday, January 29. Apache Junction will confront a Colts team coming off a 5-0 league loss to Dysart (El Mirage, AZ). The Colts record now stands at 0-10.
