With the victory, Mechanicsville upgrades its record to 4-10 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Highland Springs (Highland Springs, VA) to play the Springers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 24. The Springers come into the bout with a record of 2-2. Highland Springs lost 51-49 in their recent non-league bout against Varina (Richmond, VA)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Highland Springs Springers (Highland Springs, VA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 26. Armstrong will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record. The Springers come into the bout with a 4-2 record after their 39-29 non-league win over Hermitage (Richmond, VA).
