With the win, Cuero upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Gobblers host La Vernia (La Vernia, TX) to clash with the Bears in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 3-0.

Next up, the Buffaloes clash with the Gonzales Apaches (Gonzales, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 13. Fox Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record.
