In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Glasgow Dragons basketball team scored a good 44-35 triumph over the Newark Yellowjackets.
The Dragons (8-4) will now prepare for their contest against Appoquinimink (West Middletown, DE). The Jaguars go into the non-league contest with a 9-3 record. In their last contest, Appoquinimink topped Odessa (Townsend, DE), 57-55, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Yellowjackets confront the Odessa Ducks (Townsend, DE) in a Blue Hen Flight - A contest, on Saturday, January 25. Newark will attempt to better on its 2-8 season record. The Ducks go into the contest with a 9-3 record after their 57-55 league loss to Appoquinimink (West Middletown, DE).
