The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Grace Christian Warriors (Staunton, VA) and the visiting Mt. Carmel Christian Academy Warriors (Luray, VA), observed Grace Christian's basketball team overwhelm Mt. Carmel Christian Academy by a margin of 59-19.
The Warriors (7-4) will now prepare for their challenge against United Christian Academy (Stanardsville, VA). The Crusaders come into the non-league challenge with a 1-7 record. In their last challenge, United Christian Academy was trounced by Temple Christian (Madison Heights, VA), 51-36, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Warriors battle the Mountain View Christian Academy Conquerors (Winchester, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 24. Mt. Carmel Christian Academy will attempt to better on its 0-9 season record. The Conquerors come into the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 44-37 non-league win over Martinsburg Area Christian HomeSchoolers (Martinsburg, WV).
