The Peoria Heights Patriots basketball team scored 70 points and limited the host Henry-Senachwine Mallards to 49 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Patriots now have a 9-12 record. They play next when they travel to Cuba/Spoon River Valley for a Prairieland game on Tuesday, January 28. Peoria Heights will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 41-36 non-league loss to Lowpoint-Washburn (Washburn, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 8-10.

With the loss, Henry-Senachwine falls to 4-16 on the campaign. The Mallards travel to Woodland (Streator, IL) to confront the Warriors in a Tri-County game on Friday, January 24. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 14-5. Woodland won 61-58 in their recent non-league game against Serena (Serena, IL)
