Arizona High School Basketball - St. Johns succumbs to Show Low

The Show Low Cougars ran past the visiting St. Johns Redskins basketball team by a margin of 65-52 in Thursday's non-league contest.

The Cougars (9-13) will now prepare for their contest against Holbrook (Holbrook, AZ). The Roadrunners go into the 3A East contest with a 15-6 record. In their last contest, Holbrook was topped by Winslow (Winslow, AZ), 59-57, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Redskins confront the Greyhills Academy Knights (Tuba City, AZ) in a 2A North contest, on Saturday, January 25. St. Johns will attempt to better on its 8-12 season record. The Knights go into the contest with a 0-15 record after their 86-29 league loss to Valley (Sanders, AZ).
